Timothy Earle Barrow, Baron Barrow is a British diplomat, who served as Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom to the European Union from 2017 to 2020 and as the British Ambassador to the European Union from 2020 to 2021. He served as National Security Adviser from 2022 to 2024. He has been a member of the House of Lords since 2025.
